Giant Sunflower

Sow Rate: Space the seeds 2-3 feet apart.  You can also space them 20 inches apart in rows.  If you plant them closer together, the stalks may be taller but the heads will be smaller.  You can start them off in pots, or sow direct.  Sow at a depth of 3cms.
Sow: Late April - Early May (in pots late March or April)

Giant Sunflower Description

Ideal plant to grow in a large clump at the foot of large trees or near the edge of a pool. 

They are surprisingly tolerant of partial shade. 

Grows to a height of 2-3m
